How far in advance should you order?
Order at least two weeks ahead. Personalized pieces are made to order in 2 to 5 business days and ship free within the US in another 1 to 5 business days, so most gifts arrive within two weeks of ordering.
For Christmas, order by the first week of December. For a wedding, order three weeks out so the piece is in hand before the rehearsal. If you are ordering close to a deadline, email us before you place the order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Choosing a size for a gift
When you do not know the recipient's wall, 36 x 24 or 47 x 31 inches is the safe range: large enough to look intentional, small enough to fit almost anywhere. If you know it is going above a sofa or a bed, size up to 60 x 30 or 60 x 40.
