Return & Refund Policy
Each product is specially made to order and handcrafted with care based on your purchase. Therefore, please review all product details and measurements carefully before placing your order.
Our Recommendations
- Please measure your available wall space before selecting a size to ensure the artwork fits your intended area. Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. For multi-panel artworks, the listed size reflects the total combined dimensions, not the size of each panel.
- For the most accurate color representation, we recommend viewing our listings on Apple devices, which display colors closest to the final printed result. PC monitors and other devices may display colors differently, and slight variations between screen colors and the actual product are natural and not considered a valid reason for return.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued.

A Return Request must be submitted to return@mygreatcanvas.com within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery date as Day 1), clearly stating the reason for return.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a return shipping label.
However, please note: As each product is made to order and handcrafted, returned items cannot be resold and are permanently destroyed upon return.
This results in a total loss and significantly impacts small businesses like ours. Therefore, we kindly ask that you ensure the correct size, panel type, and color preferences before placing your order.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for obtaining a return label from any shipping carrier.After your order has been shipped, tracking and delivery monitoring are entirely the customer’s responsibility. If you are curious about the status of your shipment, we kindly ask that you check directly with the shipping carrier's website using your tracking number.We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping company, as once the package leaves our hands, it is no longer within our control. For any delivery issues, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the packaging. Once we review the images, we will gladly issue a replacement or a refund if applicable.
There is no need to return the damaged item – feel free to discard or donate it.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after. We can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately.
Non-Returnable Orders & Products
1. Condition and Careless Returns: Returned items must be sent back in the original packaging exactly as received. Returns that are not packaged securely—especially if panels are placed face-to-face or in a way that may cause damage—will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for such careless returns.
2. Stolen packages after delivery: Once your order has been delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for stolen items from doorsteps, garages, or any other drop-off locations. In such cases, refunds, replacements, or returns are not accepted. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
3. Customized products: Any item featuring a name, logo, or personalized design cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled under any circumstances.
4. Product Colors Look Different Than on Screen : Our print colors are calibrated by Canon specialists to achieve a 98% match with Apple device displays. This ensures that the colors you see on your screen are nearly identical to the final printed product. However, since screen brightness and contrast settings vary from device to device, slight color differences may occur. These variations are natural and are not considered a valid reason for return. For the most accurate color representation, we recommend viewing our listings on Apple devices.
5. The Size Was Larger/Smaller Than Expected : Returns for this reason are not accepted. All orders are prepared exactly according to the size selected by the customer. Therefore, returns based on personal preference or expectation are not eligible.
However, if the product was made in a size different from the one selected, and this difference is due to our error, returns or exchanges will, of course, be accepted. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
6. Multiple item orders: For orders containing multiple items, only one item is eligible for return. We do not accept returns for the entire order. These products are made-to-order, and knowingly placing an order with the intention of returning part of it is not eligible for return under any circumstances.
7. Same product in different sizes or panels: If a customer orders the same product in different sizes or panel options with the intention of “seeing which one fits better and returning the other,” we cannot accept the return request. These products are made-to-order, and knowingly placing an order with the intention of returning part of it is not eligible for return under any circumstances.
8. Accidental orders: Orders placed by mistake are not eligible for return. These products are made-to-order, and knowingly placing an order with the intention of returning part of it is not eligible for return under any circumstances.
