Everything is designed and printed in our own workshop in Tarpon Springs, Florida. We do not outsource production, and every piece is inspected by hand before it ships.

No. We print in our own Florida workshop on 260gsm artist-grade canvas using Canon UV-cured inks with an anti-glare, scratch-resistant finish, made to stay vibrant indoors for decades.

Our print colors are calibrated by Canon specialists to closely match Apple device displays. Screen brightness and contrast vary from device to device, so small color differences are natural. For the most accurate view, we recommend looking at our listings on an Apple device.

Yes. Every canvas ships with hanging hardware already installed on a 1.5 inch pine stretcher frame. Floating frame options arrive fully assembled. No tools or extra hardware needed.

Measure your wall before you order. Note the width and height of the open space you want to fill, and mark it out with painter's tape so you can see the actual size on the wall. As a guide, artwork looks best when it covers about two thirds of the width of the furniture below it. When in doubt, go one size larger. Our Size Chart shows every size side by side.

Choose your print type, frame color and size, then personalize the design in the live designer: add your title, names, dates, photos or a short message and preview the result before ordering. What you see in the preview is what we print.

Yes. Every push pin map ships with a set of pins so you can start marking your travels the day it arrives. Extra pin packs are available if you need more.

Yes. The canvas is stretched over a pinnable backing, so pins hold firmly without damaging the print. You can move or remove pins anytime.

Custom pieces are made to order in our Florida workshop in 1 to 3 business days, then ship free within the US in 1 to 6 business days. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Production starts shortly after you order, so we can only cancel or change an order within 12 hours of purchase. If you need a change, contact us right away at info@mygreatcanvas.com.

Yes, on non-personalized items. Send a return request to return@mygreatcanvas.com within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back so it arrives within 30 days of the original delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping; we do not provide return labels. Anything featuring a name, logo or personalized design cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Some exceptions apply, so please read the full details on our Return Policy page before sending a request.

No. Because each personalized piece is printed with your own text or photos, personalized items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error. In that case send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it free.

Contact us at support@mygreatcanvas.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damage, photos of all six sides of the shipping box, and a clear photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number. You do not need to return the damaged item; once we verify the damage we produce and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
